Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group wants to help create magical moments and lasting memories for families this summer. The luxury hotel brand offers a range of experiences tailored towards their youngest guests.

Guests under the age of 12 at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London have the chance to become a Little Ranger during their stay, using a treasure hunt map to navigate their way around iconic London sites located just outside the hotel’s front doors. Bespoke Ranger experiences can also be arranged, these include a personal shopping experience at Harvey Nichols, feeding the horses of the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, and a sensory game at Hyde Park. A complimentary 90-minute photoshoot is arranged to provide a memento of the day.

The Kid’s Kasbah at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech offers a space for children to discover Moroccan culture through arts and crafts workshops, cookery classes and outdoor activities. To bring calm to the Kasbah, there are also yoga and stretching sessions designed for children. By night, the Kasbah transforms to an open-air cinema for starlit movie-watching.

A Guest Experience Ambassador is an available addition to stays at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, on hand to personalise itineraries to individual preferences. In collaboration with child development specialists GymBoree Play & Music, the Kids Club is available seven days a week for children under the age of 12. Children can enjoy a range of arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games and sports activities, including a selection of watersports on the resort’s private beach.

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental provides an array of thrilling activities for kids to enjoy. One of them is AquaFun Park, a water playground which is supervised throughout the day to ensure safe and enjoyable fun under the sun. Additionally, the resort has a beekeeping program at its bee farm where children can learn about bees and beekeeping. The resort offers three kids’ camps – winter, spring, and summer – where children aged three to 12 years old can engage in various exciting activities intended to promote connection with others, growth, wellness, and sustainability: including junior beekeeping, turtle rehabilitation, arts and crafts, kids’ movement and yoga sessions.

During their stay in Geneva, children will love stepping back in time, on a visit to the mediaeval hilltop village of Gruyere, where the famous “holey” cheese has been made for generations since the 15th century. Nearby, no visit to this part of the world is complete without a delicious trip to the renowned Maison Cailler chocolate factory. Families can even try their hand at making their own chocolate to take home.
