Accor and Mardi Holding to Open Novotel Living Batumi, Georgia

Accor has recently signed a contract with Mardi Holding, a development company in Georgia, to open the first Novotel hotel along the coast of the Black Sea at Batumi in Georgia.

Novotel Living will have 319 fully-furnished and equipped apartments providing extended stay services giving people a home away from home near the beach and other tourist hubs like the Petra Fortress, the Batumi Botanical Garden and the Mtirala National Park.

There will also be a restaurant and 24-hour lobby bar, an infinity pool, a spa, gym and conference centres, along with play areas for children. The apartment owners will have access to certain benefits and guests will have an opportunity to become a member of Accor’s Live Limitless loyalty program.

Nugzar Berishvili, Mardi Holding’s Managing Partner, has ambitious plans to develop Georgia's Black Sea coast and turn Batumi into one of the best seaside resorts in Europe and Accor believes that Batumi’s subtropical climate has the potential to make it a perfect tourist destination.

Batumi’s Novotel Living is scheduled to open in 2025.
