The Hilton Darwin won quite a few laurels at the 2023 Aristocrat Technologies Awards for Excellence including Best Overall Accommodation Hotel, Outstanding Accommodation Hotel Community Service & Achievement, and Front of House Customer Service Excellence for Doreen Prasad, Food and Beverage Team Leader.
These awards recognised the Hilton Darwin for its exemplary service and hospitality. General Manager, Markus Kaliss took pride as this was their first win and was honoured that their unwavering commitment towards delivering exceptional hospitality services and their contribution to the local community (breakfast buffets as fundraisers and donations - towards cancer, food security and reforestation) was appreciated.
