On November 1, 2023, Anne Damberg will start her new position as General Manager of Adina Hotel Dusseldorf. As Assistant Manager, Anne Damberg came to Dusseldorf in January 2022 and accompanied the successful opening of the second Adina Hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia. She succeeds Julian Gaus, who left Adina at the end of October 2023.
Anne Damberg already worked as a temporary porter at Adina Berlin Checkpoint Charlie when she was still at school. After graduating, she started an apprenticeship as a hotel manageress at Adina Berlin Checkpoint Charlie in August 2009, which she successfully completed in early 2012. Afterwards, she worked as a front office agent. From February 2015 to June 2016, Anne Damberg successfully participated in the Future Leadership Program (FLP) of Adina ACADEME, the company's own advanced training program, at the Adina Hamburg Michel.
In 2016, Anne Damberg moved to Frankfurt am Main as Duty Manager, initially to the Adina Frankfurt Neue Oper, before spending almost six years as Duty Manager at the Adina Frankfurt Westend, whose opening she accompanied in 2016. In the summer of 2019, she moved again to the Adina Frankfurt Neue Oper and rose to the position of Assistant Manager. In this position, Anne Damberg also worked at Adina Dusseldorf since January 2022.
In her new role as General Manager, Anne Damberg is responsible for the operational and administrative management of Adina Hotel Dusseldorf. She reports to Gilbert de Hamer, Regional General Manager North at Adina Hotels Europe.
