Hokkaido’s First International Lifestyle Hotel

The Nozo Hotel is expanding its horizons in the heart of Japan's Hokkaido region, Furano. With hot baths and saunas, this is the first international 'lifestyle hotel' in the snow paradise for skiing and snowboarding.

This 78-room resort hotel is just a three-minute walk from the world-famous Kitanomine, Furano, as it has some of the best powder snow in Japan and is an ideal destination year-round for nature lovers.

It aims to serve as a place to 'live the moment,' celebrating local culture, adventure, and nature with guest rooms in light wood tones, grey stone flooring and blue-toned bathrooms.

There is also the Shirakaba Restaurant, which has an outdoor terrace that serves Western, French, and Japanese cuisine. Guests can also indulge in the tastes of local ingredients directly from farmers, with options at the sushi or teppanyaki counters.

At Cou Cou Bakery, authentic Japanese bread is served daily using local Furano and Biei wheat flour. To make guests feel more at home, the social living room, Buna Bar Lounge, has a large fireplace and serves various hot and cold beverages, cocktails, local beer, wine, and sake.

The hotel also boasts the Sugi Spa, an open-plan event room, a kids' room, a gym, coin laundry, ski lockers, a shop for daily necessities and Hokkaido souvenirs, and an ATM.

Nestled between the Yubari and Tokachidake mountain ranges, the Nozo Hotel is a winter ski resort and a retreat for all seasons, with activities extending to biking, hiking, and water rafting in summer when the snow melts.

The brand-new international Nozo Hotel officially opens just in time for Japan's ski season on the 19th of December, 2023.
