Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) is opening PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta this month, designed by acclaimed architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
Located within the Luminary Tower at the Thamrin Nine, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta offers panoramic views of the city and an array of social lifestyle facilities, including a Residents Lounge, a 24/7 fully equipped gym, and a swimming pool.
The property also has convenient direct access to Grand Indonesia and Dukuh Atas MRT, LRT, Commuter Line, and Airport Train services.
“Serviced apartments in Jakarta demonstrated consistent growth in average occupancy rates during Q3 2023, and increments in average rates are expected with new inventory in the city,” said Mr Choe Peng Sum, Chief Executive Officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
