Hotel Awarded Five Stars

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Hong Kong, has been awarded five-stars from the prestigious Forbes Travel Guides for 2024. Forbes is a global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas, where highly-trained inspectors visit every property and evaluate them based on a 900 objective criteria. 

The Mandarin Oriental hotels can be found globally in cities such as New York, Dubai, and Bangkok. Forbes defines five-star properties as hotels that deliver an outstanding experience and consistently offer a highly customised surface level. 

In 2024, 12 of the Mandarin Oriental's hotels have been awarded five-star distinction in both hotel and spa categories. 

Mandarin Oriental, New York, was named a five-star hotel and spa. After 18 years, the spa was the most established awardee on the East Coast. The only other Mandarin Oriental hotel in America that has been voted five stars is in Boston. 

In Asia-Pacific Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing has again received the highest five-star accolade as both a hotel and a spa for the fourth consecutive year.
