Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned residential real estate firm, has announced a capital improvement project at the Glenpointe Marriott.
The 351-room full-service hotel is located on the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, New Jersey and is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2024.
Under the careful guidance of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house management team, the extensive capital improvement project will breathe new life into the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space. This space, a hub of activity and innovation, will be modernised to meet the evolving needs of its discerning clientele.
Inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park, the design will blend natural touches with a contemporary feel. The plans will also replace carpet, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms, and the 1,200-person capacity ballroom.

The Glenpointe Marriott is one of three Glenpointe live-work-stay corporate campus hotels. Constructed in 2018, the 350-room Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites dual-branded hotel further enhanced the diverse hotel options available to guests looking for a premier hospitality experience in northern New Jersey.
