The hotel’s restaurant, Pierrot, has provided guests with culinary delights in a fine bistro concept that pays homage to the vibrant and diverse traditional cuisine of Croatia. Authenticity is the basis of every dish in the restaurant, and Pierrot has prided itself on sourcing fresh local ingredients and supporting local farmers and suppliers who share the hotel’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
