The survey revealed the importance of water safety and sanitation at municipal community pools. It was conducted by VivoAquatics to help provide insights into consumers' general knowledge and concerns and identify opportunities for municipalities regarding proactive water management.
According to the data, there are high expectations from residents surrounding their municipality's pools. Seventy-seven percent of respondents think that a high level of sanitation/cleanliness should be required by law from community pools. At the same time, 67 percent of respondents are either very or somewhat concerned about chlorine levels or bacteria.

"However, based on these survey findings, many people remain concerned about issues like bacteria and improper chlorine levels.
