USA | Reside, a global leader in residential hospitality management, has launched ‘Papago Hotel by Reside, ’ which will operate under the ‘Trademark Collection by Wyndham’ brand.
Papago Hotel by Reside is a thoughtfully renovated 70-unit hotel that has blended mid-century charm with modern hospitality. It is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and will offer an elevated experience in one of the state’s most vibrant destinations.
Originally built in the 1950s, the property has been reimagined to preserve its architectural character while incorporating a range of modern amenities. Managed by Reside under the "Trademark Collection by Wyndham" brand, the hotel will cater to modern travellers looking for a stylish, welcoming stay.
Papago Hotel by Reside features a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, fire pit, private cabanas as well as an on-site coffee bar and lounge areas.
The hotel will also feature Hai Noon, an on-site restaurant led by the James Beard Award-winning chef Nobuo Fukuda. Guests can enjoy a Japanese-inspired menu highlighting locally sourced ingredients in an intimate and stylish setting.
Situated in the heart of Cactus League country, the hotel is also just a short drive from Major League Baseball’s Spring Training facilities, providing guests with easy access to the stadium to watch their favourite teams. The Old Town Scottsdale district, renowned for its dining and nightlife scene, is just minutes away, as is the stunning Papago Park.
“Both guests staying for business and leisure will be immersed in the energy and culture that make Scottsdale a sought-after destination. We've revived the Papago Hotel by Reside, preserving its mid-century charm while elevating it with modern amenities and exceptional quality in hospitality," said Lee Curtis, CEO of Reside.
"As we take on management, we're thrilled to bring this unique property into the Wyndham Trademark Collection family, offering our guests the perfect blend of style and comfort, backed by the trusted quality that both Reside and Wyndham are known for.”
The hotel opening came after launching a new alliance between Reside and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in October last year. The 10-year development relationship will expand on Wyndham’s extended-stay offering with upscale, residence-style accommodations in top US urban destinations under the ‘Reside, a Wyndham Residence’ brand.
