USA | The Canyon Club has introduced a luxury resort development in its pipeline, with new features inspired by the Lake Travis landscape.
The Canyon Club announced that a luxury residential resort community is underway on 60 waterfront acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on Lake Travis. The Canyon Club features a collection of 25 homes, including a mix of traditional and 3D-printed premium vacation properties with stunning architecture that is inspired by the native landscape of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country.
The Canyon Club will offer luxury with thoughtfully designed amenities, personalised services, and curated wellness. Owners will have access to dining and wine experiences that promote relaxation and rejuvenation through a resort lifestyle with premier lakefront access, year-round programming, concierge services, and bespoke design elements tailored to multi-generational living.
Overall membership amenities at The Canyon Club include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, resort-style pool, luxury spa with an adults-only pool, upscale fitness centre, chef experiences, Texas-style event barn, boat dock, private beach, playground and family-friendly programming, natural amphitheatre, and courts for pickleball, tennis, and basketball. The wide range of resort amenities, mixed with the larger residential living offering, means owners have expansive private spaces as well as an abundance of central areas and amenities. The Canyon Club's resort amenities are set to begin construction in Fall 2025.
The Canyon Club will offer a mix of five and six-bedroom luxury, traditionally built homes for sale beginning at USD 2.6M and four-bedroom 3D-printed homes by ICON starting in the low USD 400 thousand per share of fractional ownership. The Canyon Club's gently sloping landscape ensures that every lot enjoys serene, beautiful views from canyons to the water.
ICON, the leader in construction technology developing robotic and AI systems to lower the cost and increase the speed and quality of construction, will debut a collection of five, 3D-printed homes at The Canyon Club. The 3,400 sq-.ft. Beautifully designed, high-performance, energy-efficient and sustainably built four-bedroom homes feature exquisite architecture that reflects the sweeping canyons. A first of its kind, fractional ownership of ICON 3d-printed homes provides a unique investment opportunity to own a piece of this groundbreaking development. Shared ownership will include 1/8 of the property, six weeks of annual usage and year-round membership benefits along with the potential to either trade weeks or generate income through a tailored Vacation Rental Program in partnership with Inspirato, Book-Above and ThirdHome.
"The debut of ICON homes at The Canyon Club represents a reimagined way homes are built, owned and experienced," said Jared Kuhn, Vice President of Real Estate Development and Sales.
"By combining advanced construction technologies with a fractional ownership model, we're making it possible for more people to invest in and enjoy high-performing, sustainable homes in an entirely new way."
