Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina has announced the relaunch of Five-One-Six, the Resort’s signature rooftop bar.
Perfectly timed to kick off the summer season, Five-One-Six officially opens in July 2025, offering an elevated cocktail experience set against the panoramic backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.
Located on the Resort’s private rooftop, Five-One-Six delivers a one-of-a-kind setting where guests can unwind with artisanal cocktails while taking in the golden hues of sunset and the captivating transition into the starlit sky. No longer a seasonal pop-up, Five-One-Six is now a permanent destination for unforgettable evenings at Four Seasons Resort Oahu.
Inspired by the allure of a speakeasy, the Five-One-Six blends laid-back island vibes with sophisticated flair. Guests can sip, savour, and socialize in an atmosphere designed to celebrate the beauty of golden hour and the spirit of aloha.
The bar features a collection of island-inspired cocktails and handcrafted signature drinks. Each cocktail is thoughtfully composed to reflect the island’s vibrant flavours and ingredients. Standout selections include:
- Mirror Mai Tai – A clear Mai Tai topped with Kaua'i Koloa Rum and a beautifully dark foam made from scratch with demerara sugar and molasses.
- Hi-State Margarita – A twist on the classic margarita, spiced up with a Hawaiian chili tincture and topped with a herbal, and slightly sweet, hibiscus-calamansi foam.
- Miso Banana Luxe – A house-made concentrated coffee, but low-acidity, Ka'u Cold Brew with flavours of butter-roasted banana and a smooth, slightly salty umami touch from Shiro Miso.
Five-One-Six will be open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and reservations are not required.
