USA | Popular Las Vegas hotspot, ARIA Resort & Casino is set to open its new, two Michelin-starred restaurant, Gymkhana.

In a bold move set to redefine the Las Vegas dining scene and welcome a new chapter of culinary excellence, ARIA Resort & Casino will debut the acclaimed Two Michelin-starred restaurant Gymkhana, this fall. Inspired by the private clubs of India, where high society gathers to dine, drink, socialise and play sport, Gymkhana will introduce a new level of sophistication to ARIA's food and beverage portfolio, further cementing the resort's reputation as a premier culinary destination in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, the original Gymkhana in London is one of the city's most celebrated and in-demand restaurants, beloved by A-listers and critics alike. The cuisine takes influence from the breadth of India and is renowned for its bold flavours and rich, layered spicing rooted in tradition. The menu will showcase many of Gymkhana's signature dishes, broadly focusing on tandoor-grilled specialities, classic regional curries, fragrant biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates. Alongside the signature offering, there will be new dishes exclusive to the Las Vegas location. The restaurant's bar will feature Indian-inspired cocktails with modern interpretations of renowned classics, all handmade with premier spirits and ingredients to offer a variety of curated beverage options based on guest preference.

"Gymkhana in London has firmly established itself as a global destination, drawing guests from around the world for its remarkable, curated experience," said Ayesha Molino, President and COO of ARIA.

"We're honoured to partner with the JKS family to bring this iconic brand to Las Vegas, delivering something truly unforgettable, in a way only ARIA can."

Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi are credited for their innovative, boundary-pushing approach to hospitality. Later this year, JKS will also unveil another of its award-winning concepts, Ambassadors Clubhouse, in New York City, establishing a coast-to-coast presence in two of the country's most dynamic culinary capitals.

"Las Vegas is home to many world-class restaurants and showcases many cuisines, but the ARIA team was the first to recognise that the time is ripe for Indian food to be at the forefront,” said Sethi, Co-founder of JKS.

“Their sensitive approach to the partnership is something we have hugely valued, and they match our desire to ensure the authenticity of the Gymkhana experience, from London to Las Vegas. We are thrilled to be bringing our Indian hospitality and food to such a vibrant scene."
