The Waikato Chamber of Commerce has announced JetPark Hamilton Airport Hotel as a finalist in its 2025 Business Awards.
JetPark Hamilton Airport Hotel & Conference Centre has been announced as a finalist in the Service Excellence Award category at the 2025 Waikato Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, proudly supported by Foster Construction Group.
The recognition highlighted JetPark Hamilton’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and genuine hospitality in the Waikato region. It comes just one week after the hotel achieved Qualmark Gold 4 Star+, New Zealand tourism’s official mark of quality.
Together, these milestones reinforce JetPark Hotels’ reputation for excellence, sustainability, and positive guest experiences. Guests at JetPark Hamilton can be assured of warm service, high-quality facilities, and a safe and welcoming environment.
As a family-owned and proudly New Zealand-owned group, JetPark Hotels now holds Qualmark Gold 4 Star+ across all three of its properties in Auckland, Hamilton, and Rotorua. The finalist recognition at the Waikato Business Awards further demonstrates JetPark Hamilton’s strong connection to the region and its role in supporting the local business community.
The team at JetPark Hamilton extended its thanks to the Waikato Chamber of Commerce, its sponsors, and the wider community for this honour and looks forward to celebrating with fellow finalists at the awards ceremony later this year.
Chamber marketing and events manager Rebecca Aston said tickets to the dinner are selling faster than they did last year.
“I’m really excited to see this year’s gala dinner come together. We had incredible feedback from people last year about the new, larger venue and I know guests are going to be wowed even more this year, with the scale of the event, the atmosphere we’re creating, and the extra touches we’ve added to make it a truly memorable night.”
Head judge Dr Heather Connolly said the awards play an important role in celebrating achievement and strengthening the business community.
“This year the panel of 30 judges were not only impressed by the outstanding quality of the finalists, but also by the number of entries we received,” Dr Connolly said.
“The entries highlighted an incredible variety of innovation and excellence, and the standard overall was very high. It’s also inspiring to see so many businesses putting themselves forward for the first time, bringing fresh stories, new perspectives, and real energy into the awards.
