Industry leader Hani Daher will join Millennium Hotels & Resorts this November as its new Vice President of Operations.
Millennium Hotels & Resorts New Zealand has officially announced the appointment of Hani Daher as its incoming Vice President Operations, effective 3 November 2025.
Daher is an award-winning hospitality leader with more than 20 years of international experience across Australia, the Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. He joins Millennium Hotels & Resorts New Zealand from Travel + Leisure Co. International, where he currently oversees a 14-property multi-brand portfolio across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and Far North Queensland, including Wyndham Destinations and Accor Vacation Club properties.
His career has included key roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Starwood, Radisson Hotel Group, Stamford Hotels and Resorts and Ramada Resort Port Vila, where he successfully led a number of areas, including pre-openings, major repositioning projects, large-scale F&B and conferencing operations. Daher’s leadership has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including finalist for Australian General Manager of the Year (2022–2024) and recipient of the Australian Timeshare Holiday Ownership Council General Manager of the Year (2022–2023).
Known for his hands-on approach and KPI-driven focus, Daher has delivered measurable uplifts in guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability across diverse markets. He places particular emphasis on service excellence, food and beverage innovation, and operational alignment, all areas that will directly benefit Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ valued partners and clients.
