AUSTRALIA | Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park has introduced The Magic Table, a theatrical feast blending fine dining and live performance.

This festive season, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park has invited guests to step into a world where dining and illusion intertwine. The Magic Table is an immersive culinary experience unlike any other, arriving in December and bringing with it a spellbinding blend of fine dining, storytelling, and live performance.

Hosted by world-renowned magicians Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass, The Clairvoyants (stars of America’s Got Talent) will transport guests to the Magicians’ Table for an evening where reality and imagination blur.

Over the course of five exquisite dishes, diners will be transported through a journey of 3D storytelling, interactive magic, and cinematic visuals, each course carefully curated by Sheraton’s talented culinary team to delight every sense.

Dish highlights include The Magical Ocean Rock, featuring roasted Tasmanian salmon paired with rosemary gnocchi, a vibrant vegetable medley, and the indulgent aroma of truffle verjus and fresh summer truffle; the Houdini’s Escape, a wild mushroom soup with fried enoki, garlic croutons and fresh summer truffles. To finish, The Last Trick delights with a tropical medley of coconut mousse, pineapple, lime, passionfruit, mango, and berries, complete with shimmering magical rocks.

The Magic Table will officially open on the 6th of December, and feature a range of set menu items including the Young Magician’s Feast Menu, The Enchanted Garden, The Wizard’s Essentials Menu, and The Grand Illusion Menu.
