Auckland and Wellington’s Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts have announced the chocolate-filled 2026 “Easter Family Package.”
Available at Mövenpick Wellington and Mövenpick Auckland for stays between 2-18 April, it combines accommodation and breakfast with one of two chocolatey experiences for kids, depending on the date of stay.
A special Kids Easter Chocolate Buffet will be available to children (under 15) staying over Easter Weekend. Discover a table of Easter-themed chocolates, baked goods and confections from 10am-5pm, Friday 3 to Monday 6 April at both locations.
This will evolve into the Kids Chocolate Hour Station, a separate, dedicated assortment of kids treats, complete with Mövenpick ice cream, for the remainder of the school holidays, from Tuesday 7 to Friday 20 April.
This additional Kids Chocolate Hour Station will run from 3pm-4pm at Mövenpick Auckland and from 4pm-5pm at Mövenpick Wellington and is available for guests under the age of 15.
Easter-themed touches will be dotted around the hotels during this offer. At Mövenpick Auckland, house-made hot cross buns will appear at the breakfast buffet, and Mövenpick’s daily Chocolate Hour (separate to the kids station) will feature Easter-themed treats.
Chocolate Hour is a global Mövenpick brand ritual, which takes place across 80 properties. Available to in-house guests, it is a complimentary hour where guests unwind over a selection of petite chocolate-centric treats and pastries. It celebrates the brands’ Swiss heritage and dedication to creating special moments.
The Easter Family Package is now available to book at Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts Auckland and Wellington, for stays from 2 April - 18 April 2026.
