Steve Woods has joined Cordis, Auckland, as its Director of Sales and Marketing following an extensive career across the globe.
Cordis, Auckland, has announced the appointment of Steve Woods as Director of Sales and Marketing, joining the hotel’s Executive Committee and leadership team.
Woods brings over 30 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience, having worked across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Asia with leading hotel and resort brands. His extensive background spans marketing, sales, e-commerce, and revenue strategy, with a strong track record of driving growth and enhancing guest engagement. Most recently, Woods held a multi-property role as Group Director of Marketing, E-commerce and Revenue at Marsden Hotel Group. In this position, he played a key role in supporting brand expansion and elevating commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of properties nationwide.
In his new role at Cordis, Auckland, Woods will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on strengthening market presence, driving revenue performance, and delivering innovative campaigns that resonate with both local and international audiences.
