SAUDI ARABIA | Four Seasons has introduced an oasis of wellness at its new resort and residences Amaala at Triple Bay.
Set along the pristine shoreline of a sheltered bay with the majestic mountains of the Tabuk region in the distance, the all-new Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is now open. Grounded in an ethos of purpose-driven wellness, the experience pairs an advanced approach to complete wellbeing with the intuitive care for which Four Seasons is known, in an ultra-luxury setting carefully designed with the most discerning travellers in mind.
“Every new Four Seasons opening furthers our commitment to offering our guests what they desire most when they travel, and our new resort at Triple Bay is a shining example of how we seek to anticipate and exceed guest expectations,” said Rainer Stampfer, President, Global Operations, Hotels and Resorts.
“We are particularly pleased to join our visionary partners at Red Sea Global once again as we continue to define the future of luxury travel in the region together.”
A centrepiece of the pioneering new AMAALA resort destination on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern Red Sea coast, Four Seasons creates personalised experiences spanning mindfulness, fitness and restoration, customised for each guest’s particular goals. Featuring an expansive spa and wellness centre, swimmable beach, five pools and six open-air dining venues, Four Seasons promises flawless service delivered with the warmth of Saudi hospitality amid lush gardens and palatial indoor and outdoor spaces.
Today’s travellers are seeking destinations that set the stage to deepen a connection to their environment, new cultures and their own wellbeing. At Four Seasons Resort AMAALA, this begins with the lavish wellness centre, including the 2,095 square metre (22,550 square foot) HYLIAA Wellness & Spa, named for the Arabic word for “elegant beauty”, and a 511 square metre (5,500 square foot) fitness area. Embracing three pillars of sky, land and sea, a rich calendar of activities allows guests to enhance their own wellness practices while also experiencing something new, either as individuals, couples, families or friends travelling together. Curated one, two and three-day wellness journeys can be tailored to focus on rebuilding the body, resetting the mind or reconnecting with self and nature.
Leading a team of dedicated local and international staff, including specialists in fitness, nutrition and holistic wellbeing, is General Manager Ulf Bremer.
“What’s truly exciting here at Triple Bay is the intentional approach to wellness that extends throughout the entire destination. It’s so much more than a spa resort, it’s a place where individuals can define their own wellbeing, with abundant opportunities for cultural exploration, natural discovery, personal growth and more than a little indulgence at Four Seasons and beyond.”
Sample activities include sunrise and starlight yoga on the beach, sound healing sessions, interaction with visiting practitioners, guided walks and night hikes, culinary workshops, Islamic poetry readings, and guided stargazing and astrology. As part of the resort’s deep commitment to a sustainability program encompassing preservation and regeneration of the environment and leaving a positive impact on the local community, Four Seasons guests are also invited to participate in volunteer projects as part of the Four Seasons for Good program.
