AUSTRALIA | This October, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will turn pink for a purpose once again, marking the third consecutive year of its partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, guests can indulge in a thoughtfully curated, limited-edition Pink Afternoon Tea set in the hotel's historic grandeur. Designed as a joyful, rose-hued tribute to the cause, the experience will bring together a delicate menu of sweet and savoury creations in a palette to match the occasion.
The Pink Afternoon Tea will be served at The Bar, with highlights including Crimson Crab with pickled onion pearl, Plum Luxe with Champagne caviar and pistachio salsa, and La Vie en Rose choux with rosé gel and strawberry mousseline, complemented by The Fullerton Hotel Sydney’s raspberry and white chocolate scones.
Building on three years of community support and advocacy, AUD 5 from every afternoon tea set purchased throughout October will be donated directly to support NBCF’s vital breast cancer research.
