Florence is currently completing her Level 4 Cookery qualification and is looking for an opportunity to complete the 120 hours of industry placement required to finish her course.
She is seeking a placement in a restaurant, café, hotel, catering business or other suitable commercial kitchen where she can gain hands-on experience, develop her cooking skills and put her training into practice under the guidance of experienced chefs.
The placement must include genuine cooking and chef duties to meet her course requirements, rather than kitchen-hand duties alone. Florence is also open to discussing an unpaid student placement.
- Availability: Weekdays after 6pm or weekends.
- Location: South Auckland is preferred, but opportunities elsewhere will also be considered.
Florence is passionate about cooking, eager to learn and willing to work hard to make the most of this opportunity.
