AccorHotels’ 483-room Novotel and ibis Melbourne Central is opening in December 2018. The 35-floor tower is the first AccorHotels building in Australia which will be shared by the same brand.
The Ibis Melbourne Central will occupy the lower half of the tower, representing 270 premium-economy guest rooms. The Novotel half will occupy from floor 20 upwards and be fitted-out with 213 four-and-a-half-star guest rooms.
Both parts of the hotel are pinned to open December 1 this year.
