LINO TAGLIAPIETRA: GLASSWORK

This is a large illustrated volume on the work of the legendary master glassmaker Lino Tagliapietra. On the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of his career, this book traces the artist’s life, encounters, and works, focusing in particular on his most recent production.

Lino Tagliapietra was already an apprentice in the studio of the renowned glassmaker Archimede Seguso at the age of eleven, and he himself became a master at twenty-one. During his career, he has shown his works in museums such as the Victoria & Albert in London, the Corning Museum in New York, and the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris.
