Palmerston North’s Hotel Coachman has been sold to New Zealand hotel chain, Distinction Hotels. While the final sales price has not been publicly disclosed, Colliers Real Estate had listed the property with an asking price of $8.6 million. The takeover will officially happen in February, bringing Distinction Hotel’s portfolio to eleven hotels across the country.
