AccorHotels has announced The Sebel Melbourne, a new-build apartment-style hotel in the Melbourne inner-east suburb of Malvern.
“This is a strategic and significant new apartment hotel development for the inner-city suburb of Malvern which is currently experiencing a resurgence of ultra-modern new developments, due to its close proximity to Melbourne’s bustling CBD,” said Simon McGrath, chief operating officer, AccorHotels Pacific.
With 17 floors, the property will host 46 one-bedroom suites, 36 two-bedroom suites and four three-bedroom suites.
The hotel will have an executive lounge, fitness centre, jacuzzi, and an outdoor recreation terrace with BBQ facilities.
