Sacred Hill and the Art of Chilled Red Wine

Contrary to tradition, Sacred Hill believes that their Marlborough Pinot Noir is deliciously refreshing when enjoyed lightly chilled.

Sacred Hill winemakers believe that chilling the wine for 30 minutes before serving is the best way to enjoy this wine on a hot day/evening. Refrigerating the wine to around 12 to 14 degrees is recommended. Be sure not to make the wine too cold—this can damage the flavours and the aromas.
