Accor, the world’s leading hospitality group, has created 300 roles across the UK following the reopening of indoor hospitality, with hundreds more expected later this summer.
Positions are available in kitchens, bars, front of house and management across both economy and luxury hotels.
Although the hospitality industry suffered tremendously during COVID, it is recovering through reopening shops and creating job opportunities.

To boost talent acquisition and to highlight the opportunities and value within the hospitality sector, Accor has launched a series of bi-monthly Recruitment Days. The first, held at The Savoy hotel, saw 60 jobs filled, with trials and second interview offerings showcasing the opportunity for employment in this sector. The recruitment days are hosted by hotel teams and general managers across London, speaking passionately about the industry and its role in the recovery of the UK’s economy.
Hospitality contributes ten percent of the UK’s workforce, being the third-largest private-sector employer, with more than three million jobs in the UK.
The Queen’s Speech recognized the importance of the jobs, skills and training in the hospitality sector as it reopens to domestic and international guests. In a video released earlier this year, Prince Charles praised the “resourcefulness and resilience” of the hospitality industry.
