Amadeus has announced the appointment of Kaylene Shuttlewood as its new Managing Director, Travel Sellers, Pacific, effective March 2, 2022.
Shuttlewood will be overseeing all of Amadeus’ business affairs with travel agencies across the Pacific, one of the largest distribution markets within Asia-Pacific. With her leadership skills, she will be assisting the success of Amadeus’ customers through the industry recovery, leveraging its investment in people, content, and technology all the way from Sydney.
As an acknowledged industry leader possessing a wealth of knowledge in both the commercial and operational aspects of the aviation and travel distribution industries across international markets, Shuttlewood has over two decades of experience living and working in Australia, the UK, and the USA.

Shuttlewood is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and serves as KS Consulting and Advisory Services' Principal. Currently based in Sydney, she often engages in mentoring programs to share her extensive knowledge and skills with emerging talents.
