Beulah x Four Seasons Upcoming Hotel in Melbourne

Beulah International, an award-winning Melbourne-based property developer, has announced that international luxury hotel and resorts company, Four Seasons, will be overseeing the hotel within its new AUD 2.7 billion tower development, STH BNK By Beulah.

Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will have 210 rooms, crowning the western tower of STH BNK By Beulah. Guests will be welcomed by a Sky Lobby located on the 63rd floor, overlooking the cityscape, beachfront, and Royal Botanical Gardens. The hotel will also feature a rooftop restaurant, bar, and multiple event venues.

Set to become the tallest tower in Australia, STH BNK By Beulah is also on its way to holding the title of the world’s tallest vertical garden, setting a precedent for future skyscrapers to integrate nature in their designs. It will feature almost three and a half miles of vertical gardens throughout the building.

To round out the hotel’s offerings, guests will also have access to the experiences at STH BNK By Beulah, including the gardens, programming within the art and culture spaces, co-working facilities, the STH BNK Market Hall, and more.

STH BNK By Beulah aims to become a vertical mini-metropolis showcasing four collections of private residences, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, a 3000-seat auditorium, commercial offices, a childcare centre, a health and wellness precinct, arts and culture areas, and retailers, all within two twisting terraced structures.

Upon completion, the Melbourne Four Seasons Hotel will be the second Four Seasons in Australia to open and join the existing Sydney Four Seasons Hotel. Construction is expected to commence end of this year and be completed in around five years.
