Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the largest global hotel franchising company, has officially opened the doors of its latest addition to the growing La Quinta portfolio, La Quinta Inn & Suites Santa Cruz in California.
The 60-room La Quinta Inn & Suites Santa Cruz is conveniently located near many of Santa Cruz’s famous attractions along the highway between San Franciso and Monterey. The city features over 14 parks and beaches, providing visitors with various outdoor activities such as world-class surfing, biking, and hiking.
Kiran Patel, the owner of La Quinta Santa Cruz, said that the hotel’s launch signals a key milestone for his family. “My father bought an older hotel on this property back in the 1970s. And now we’re thrilled to partner with Wyndham to unveil a beautiful new construction hotel to welcome guests to soak in the California sunshine in this very special destination.”

Currently, the company has approximately 180 hotels in the La Quinta development pipeline, with more set to open throughout this year in key U.S. markets such as Austin, Denver and San Jose.
