Officials of Avistone have announced the acquisition of the 187-room Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Herndon in Virginia, the United States and the appointment of Youngbin Park as Vice President of lodging investments.
The property marks the company's first acquisition in Virginia.
"This market growth allows us to keep pace with the expansion of Dulles International Airport and the technical epicentre surrounding our nation's capital," said Dan Culler, CEO of Avistone. "We are looking to continued growth in the hotel sector with additional acquisitions either on our own or in partnership with others."
