ALL - Accor Live Limitless has developed a new digital mobility service with Karhoo, a subsidiary of Mobilize, for taxis and private hire vehicles. Now available in 490 cities across 21 countries, this feature supports loyalty programme members during their travels and daily lives.

The new mobility service will allow members to reserve a taxi or private hire a vehicle via the ALL app or All.com. When making payment by credit card, members will automatically earn additional points and can also choose to pay their fare using their loyalty points.

The mobility service is available in 490 European cities, as well as Dubai and New York, and addresses two primary needs:

  1. Day-to-day travel
  2. Trips when travelling

Users of the service can compare available taxi and private hire vehicle offers in real-time, making informed decisions according to rate, waiting time, vehicle category (electric, traditional, etc.) and available extras (e.g. child seat).

"With the travel rebound, we wanted to provide a tangible service at home or away for our ALL App users," Mehdi Hemici, Chief Loyalty & Partnerships Officer Accor. "This one-stop-shop mobility solution is seamlessly integrated after your hotel reservation. It allows our ALL members to book their airport transfer to their hotel or book a ride in their home city with their ALL points. Both convenient and consistent wherever you are."

The mobility service comes with the strategic and technological partnership between ALL and Mobilize, the Renault Group brand dedicated to new mobilities, via its start-up Karhoo. Karhoo's mobility aggregation platform allows hospitality and travel industry professionals and businesses to provide taxi and private hire vehicle services to their guests through online and mobile apps and under their own branding.

"Facilitating mobility for everyone everywhere is at the heart of Mobilize's purpose and we are proud of this collaboration with Accor as part of the ALL loyalty programme," said Fedra Ribeiro, CEO of Karhoo. "Our urban travel distribution platform features powerful technology enabling users to connect to 1.8 million vehicles from 2,500 taxi and private hire fleets worldwide. Adding mobility to the services our business partners, such as Accor, already allows them to improve their customers' experiences and satisfaction."

Studies predict that by 2050, seven out of ten people (68 percent) will live in an urban environment. City dwellers' behaviour, needs and expectations will dramatically adapt to urban travel. With increased demand, societal challenges will emerge: city dwellers, less likely to own a means of transport, can select the mobility option that best meets their needs according to their location.

As a global leader in hospitality, Accor aims to become the first hotel operator to offer multimodal transport services to its members with plants to eventually include micro-mobility and shared vehicle offers.
