IHG Hotels & Resorts recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its forthcoming InterContinental Grenada Resort. Slated to open in 2025, the hotel is located on the picturesque shoreline of La Sagesse Beach and adjacent to the highly anticipated, in-development Six Senses Grenada hotel.
InterContinental Grenada Resort will comprise 150 rooms and 30 private suites and extend the luxury brand's legacy of service excellence, award-winning design and cultural discovery. The resort's lavish spa and pool offer an ideal combination of relaxation and seclusion, with an onsite fitness centre further enabling guests to remain active. Meanwhile, a selection of restaurant and bar options capture the local culture while enhancing the guest experience.
Construction will be led by IHG Hotels & Resorts alongside developer Range Developments, exterior designer Simeon Halsted and Associates, and interior designer Bleu Design.

InterContinental Grenada Resort aims to provide a hospitable environment in an exquisite backdrop for leisure travellers and become a coveted haven for meetings and conferences. The property's state-of-the-art conference centre, more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space and onsite business centre will supply the resources needed to support the business sector.
