Previously serving Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and later Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle in Thailand, Anthony Gill now serves Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin as the new General Manager.
With more than two decades of global luxury hotel experience, his move marks the start of an exciting new chapter at the landmark Hotel in the heart of Tianjin’s CBD.

Gill is always up for a new challenge in the hospitality landscape, bringing a unique energy and charisma to his work. From Four Seasons Resort Nam Hai in Hoi An, Vietnam, where he successfully helmed the rebranding to a Four Seasons in 2016, to the last three years at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, overseeing Four Seasons Tented Camp in the Golden Triangle.
Born in Newcastle upon Tyne in England, Gill has a Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management from Newcastle College. Embarking on his hospitality journey at the Malmaison Hotel in his hometown in 2001, he later returned there for a two-year stint as operations manager a few years later. After that, he thirsted to explore luxury hotels worldwide and accepted his first international food and beverage assignment, which took him to the Columbus Hotel in Monaco.
Gill also has abundant international food and beverage leadership experience, including Intercontinental Doha, One & Only Maldives, and Six Senses in Vietnam and Thailand.
Bringing his wealth of international experience and luxury hotel expertise, Gill will helm the thriving Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin. Working alongside the management team, he seeks to lead the Hotel towards a new era of success, cementing its status as the ultimate urban sanctuary in Tianjin’s global port city.
