Delivering bespoke development for a complete digital guest experience, RMS Cloud announces a new partnership with Setsu Niseko. The luxury hotel and resort in Japan has worked closely with RMS Cloud to build a custom app that aligns with its brand.

The consulting partner, McLaren Technologies, worked alongside RMS Cloud to deliver a branded mobile app featuring advanced elements for guests, such as smart-room automation, instant check-in, guest service, and mobile keys to connect guests digitally to the hotel. The new app allows guests to speak directly into the RMS software for quality service.
Setsu Niseko is a 190-luxury hotel suite resort, captivating the essence of Japanese culture in its design. With panoramic views of the surrounding alpine landscapes, the hotel is set in one of the world’s most beautiful locations. The hotel’s new technology boosts its modernity, and the custom-built app will deliver contactless and elevated guest experiences.
Michiko Tamoto, Hotel Manager at Setsu Niseko, shared how much the new technology will upgrade the modern comforts they offer.
