It has been announced that Dennis Hale of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South has been honoured as the 2022 General Manager of the Year.
This award recognises a General Manager whose hotel ranks highest in a combined score of Problem Resolution, Problem Avoidance, Hilton Honors Enrollment, RevPAR Index growth over Embassy Suites Brand average, and Overall Experience score of guest satisfaction.

Awards and recognition like this don’t happen without great teamwork and owners providing us the tools needed to take excellent care of our guests,” stated Hale.
Hale has been the General Manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South since its opening in 2012. He is also a previous General Manager of the Year award winner for Embassy Suites in 2014, when his hotel was also a Connie Award winner, the highest honour from the Brand for TQS metrics. A 38-year hospitality veteran, Hale has worked at Embassy Suites hotels in Tennessee, Arizona, California, Iowa, and Florida during his career.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South is a 300-room all-suite hotel in Kissimmee, Florida located just over three miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort and within close proximity to all of the Orlando area’s world-class attractions.
