The La Vie Hotels & Resorts have recently announced six new hires across Australia, Sri Lanka and Thailand. The group has been supportive of the talent in these geographies and has helped them grow in their respective fields.
Craig Bond, the managing director said that finding the right skills, investing in and building a strong management team is essential in order to better the standards of performance and fuel strategic growth.
Alan Christie, the new hire from Sri Lanka who has over 20 years of experience in asset management will now serve as the Area General Manager, focusing on the Radisson in his home country.
Four new people have been appointed from our neighbouring country, Australia. Andrew Marin will deal with the corporate, leisure and MICE markets as the Group Manager. Catriona Mackay will be responsible for revenue generation and channel development as the Group Manager Sales & Distribution. Justin Furkham, a Les Roches graduate joined as the Business Support Manager and Abhey Sachdeva was welcomed as the Business Development Manager.
Lastly, Suthiroj Sathitpornkitti (Chris), with over 12 years experience at international hotels, has joined the group as the Director of Growth and Business Development and will be expanding the La Vie group in Asia, specifically the south and south-east.
