Cordis Auckland Introduces New Cube

Since June this year, Our Land is Alive at Cordis Auckland’s has been delighting customers with the ultimate culinary delight, the Cube.

Available in both a sweet and savoury option, Cube lovers have to get in quick as Executive Chef Volker Marecek only makes 10 of each a day. 

Whilst the savoury option remains the Steak and Mushroom Pie Cube, the sweet option has been reimagined. The beloved Berry and Vanilla Cream Pavlova Cube has been replaced by a decedent Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cube.

Located in the lobby of Auckland’s Cordis Hotel, Our Land is Alive is a unique New Zealand inspired bar, serving locally inspired drinks and dishes for all to enjoy.
