Offering an urban oasis in the heart of the city, Harper Rooftop Bar will be the largest open-air rooftop bar in the CBD thanks to its sky-high position on Level 7 of Kimpton Margot Sydney, complete with a rooftop pool, colourful pod seating, long dining tables and vibrant greenery.
Fusing contemporary beach club interiors and whimsical pastel hues with a relaxed, laid-back vibe, Harper Rooftop Bar is the ultimate sanctuary for those wanting to escape the bustle of the city below.
The perfect spot for gathering with friends, renowned chef Luke Mangan has created a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring fresh, local ingredients that are designed for sharing.
“Finally, the cat’s out of the bag - Harper Rooftop Bar opens in a couple of weeks, and we can’t wait to see Sydneysiders enjoying this amazing open-air rooftop bar with a rose in hand,” said Mangan.
“We’ve created a delicious Mediterranean-inspired menu full of small, share-style plates using fresh, local produce and plenty of amazing seafood - the perfect combo to celebrate the warm summer days,” he concluded.
Redefining the bar experience, the Harper drinks menu is a creatively curated collection of handcrafted sips that includes bespoke cocktails, summer-inspired slushies, freisling and award-winning wines. And once the sun sets, why not take advantage of the unique build-your-own-martini station?
