The culinary team has skillfully reinterpreted the essence of the traditional sugar shack feast, infusing it with elegance. Key highlights of this decadent menu include unique sugar items, such as the Maple French Toast, soaked in a rich, maple-infused custard and grilled to golden perfection - a celebration of maple's versatility in a beautifully crafted confection. Each dish is a tribute to the rich, sweet flavours of maple, promising a delightful surprise for maple lovers and showcasing Executive Chef Jason Morris' creativity in bringing unexpected delights to the table.

Elevating the culinary journey, MARCUS at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal has boasted a special Sugar Shack Station, a decadent enclave where guests can indulge in a sumptuous array of maple sweets available for purchase, perfectly embodying the season's rich bounty. This station offers a tempting selection of treats, including a lavish Maple Latte that marries the deep flavours of espresso with the sweet, luscious notes of maple for a truly decadent experience. Additionally, guests will be delighted by the velvety Maple Fudge, a confection that promises an indulgent escape with each bite, alongside an assortment of maple delights such as tender cupcakes and luscious macarons, each introducing a luxurious texture and sensual design to these traditional treats.

Further enriching this season’s palette, the hotel has introduced the monthly cocktail, the Maple Tini. A decadent reinterpretation of the classic Espresso Martini, this cocktail is seductively infused with the opulent taste of maple, crafting a cocktail experience that is both unique and memorable. Topped with an exquisite maple-infused foam, it introduces a lavish texture that perfectly balances the robust notes of espresso with the creamy sweetness of maple. Garnished with a stunning, hand-crafted maple tile, this cocktail not only captivates with its sensual design but also invites guests to delight in the playful and rich textures of maple.

The Sugar Shack Station at MARCUS and the Maple Tini cocktail are decadent celebrations of the maple season, offering guests inventive ways to relish the depth and luxury of maple. This enhanced culinary venture is an invitation to explore the sensual and rich cultural flavours of Quebec’s maple, ensuring each visit to MARCUS becomes an unforgettable highlight of their stay at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal until April 15, 2024.
