A chic and stirring cocktail of QT quirk and Grey Goose luxury has brought the golden wheat fields of Picardie in France to Rooftop at QT Perth. Grey Goose has flown West for autumn to nest at Perth’s loftiest, award-winning rooftop bar this month.
For a brief season of indulgence, QT Perth sky-high rooftop bar will be transformed into ‘The Nest by Grey Goose’, an otherworldly synthesis of botanical and culinary pleasures centred on one of the world’s finest vodkas.
Rooftop at QT celebrates Grey Goose’s joie de vivre with a carefully curated cocktail collection, bespoke menu created especially for The Nest in a luxurious garden paradise. Botanical opulence will be in abundance, creating sun dappled nooks and sensual shady hideaways in this season’s colours. Six new cocktails have been created for the The Nest by Grey Goose
QT Perth’s Creative Culinary Lead, Nic Wood, has curated a fresh, relaxed and very WA menu. The culinary delights taking centre stage include Abrolhos Island scallops with lemon and garlic butter, Shark Bay prawns and Western Lobster rolls.
The menu has been crafted as a garden of earthly delights, high above the pedestrian humdrum of Perth’s CBD. Its rooftop ambience will also provide the perfect backdrop that soars over Perth's famous skyline.

QT Perth’s The Nest by Grey Goose will open from March 15 until the end of May and promises to add a new layer to Perth’s burgeoning luxury entertainment landscape.
