A strategic partnership has been made between leading travel industry software mogul Sabre and Japanese hotel chain Onko Chishin. 

Onko Chinshin, which prides itself on immersing guests in a local experience, will harness SynXis Booking Engine and SynXis Retailing abilities to propel its hotels into the future of hospitality retailing. 

The destination hotel chain is known for opening the world’s first Champagne concept hotel in 2024. Since then, it has chosen a robust suite of solutions from Sabre Hospitality’s Distribution Studio.

Using SynXis Booking Engine and SynXis Retailing, Onko Chishin will increase engagement, trigger conversions, drive direct bookings and enhance revenue.

Onko Chishin will use Channel Connect to simplify and automate distribution to nearly 600 Online Travel Agency channels. 

Frank Trampert, SVP and global managing director of commercials at Sabre Hospitality spoke highly of the newfound partnership and the opportunities it would bring.
