Journey sky-high to the 18th floor and discover a tranquil haven at QT Perth, The Zen Garden. The magic of winter will be on show with the gentle flow of Japanese spirits, all beneath a stunning canopy of cherry blossoms evoking the early warmth of spring.
This season, Rooftop at QT has proudly welcomed the House of Suntory for an exclusive collaboration, transforming Perth’s premier rooftop into a lush botanical sanctuary with a touch of Eastern elegance. This is where nature’s harmony meets the artistry of premium Japanese Haku Vodka, Roku Gin, Hibiki and Toki Whisky.
Rooftop at QT’s mixologists have curated a refreshing roster of seasonal cocktails made for garden grazing and dazing; Toki teapot infusions, Haku Vodka paired with QT’s unique twists, and Roku Gin served with imaginative tonics. The Matcha Made in Heaven combines Haku Vodka with sake, coconut, almond milk and matcha tea, and The Butterfly Effect diffuses Roku Gin with lavender, grapefruit, lemon, yuzu soda and butterfly pea tea.
