EGYPT | For a unique experience, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo has introduced a Pan-Asian dining experience along one of the world’s most famous waterways.
Located aboard the First Nile Boat and docked oppositely to Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Nairu restaurant has invited its guests to experience a Pan-Asian, noodle-inspired menu.
In the heart of Cairo, where the Nile River glides past the city’s vibrant skyline, Nairu Restaurant has made waves with a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure that promises to be as thrilling as its ambience. New Far Eastern flavours have been introduced right by the Nile, buzzing with the aromatic scents of sizzling garlic, fresh herbs, and fragrant spices.
Guests are given the creative reins to build their own noodle bowl, selecting from a wide array of locally sourced fresh ingredients, including noodle type, broth, sauce, vegetables, and protein.
The rom Korean brown vermicelli and udon to egg and rice stick noodles, the noodle options are wide and equally delicious. Not to mention, adding two types of Chinese vegetables: either shimeji, king oyster or shiitake mushrooms and leeks, green beans, cabbage, or onion. Finally, make the noodle bowl whole by choosing a favourite type of protein, from salmon, tuna and prawns to octopus, chicken, tofu or a soft boiled egg.
To complement the perfect bowl of noodles, guests are invited to start the culinary adventure with a delectable Chinese appetiser: either a fresh Chinese glass noodle salad, a summer Vietnamese roll, or vegetarian spring rolls served with Asian-inspired dips and sauces.

With a side of panoramic views of the Nile, the new menu at Nairu restaurant has enhanced the sensory journey with Cairo’s iconic scenery. As twilight descends, the setting sun casts a warm glow over the river Nile, creating an enchanting backdrop for a memorable pan-Asian experience.
