SAHARA Las Vegas has celebrated the remarkable legacy of Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, and has looked forward to the addition of another world-class restaurant to its culinary portfolio.
In the meantime, meat lovers and culinary aficionados alike can indulge their cravings at Bazaar Meat at SAHARA into 2025.
"José Andrés Group toasts SAHARA Las Vegas and our longstanding partnership, cementing Bazaar Meat as a dining destination on the Strip," shared José Andrés Group Global CEO Sam Bakhshandehpour.
Paul Hobson, SAHARA Las Vegas general manager, added that SAHARA Las Vegas and José Andrés Group have enjoyed a positive and collaborative partnership.
“During these years, our SAHARA team members have been proud to bring Chef Andrés’ vision to life and witness the recognition Bazaar Meat has received on countless lists of the world’s best restaurants. Looking toward the next chapter in SAHARA’s iconic story, I’m thrilled to share that we will be announcing a top-tier destination restaurant to take the place of Bazaar Meat when it closes next year,” said Hobson.
In preparation for the transition, SAHARA has worked diligently to identify a new culinary partner who will inaugurate the next great era of SAHARA’s lauded culinary programme. An agreement is currently being finalised and the new partner will be announced in coming weeks. SAHARA’s talented culinary and service teams can look forward to having extraordinary career opportunities at the new restaurant.
SAHARA Las Vegas is an all-encompassing resort and casino with 1,613 guest rooms and suites in three distinctive towers, more than 80,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, AZILO Ultra Pool, one rooftop pool and a collection of acclaimed restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.
The inviting casino occupies 60,000 square feet and features approximately 600 of the latest slot and video poker machines, 50 classic table games, the brand-new Infinity High Limit Lounge, a lively poker room and a sports book operated by global gaming leader William Hill.
