USA | Hilton has opened its first hotel along the newly renamed Gulf of America, the Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa.
Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, located along Northwest Florida's emerald coast, has announced the completion of its USD $35 million property-wide renovation to celebrate its 40-year anniversary in 2024. The property is the first Hilton hotel to open on the renamed Gulf of America.
Each guest room now has exclusive views of the newly renamed Gulf of America, which is complete with modern coastal charm. Guests can experience the newly enhanced indoor pool for the first time during their spring break getaway.

The updated indoor pool area will feature a sleek, modern design, comfortable new furniture and non-slip, low-impact flooring for safety. The two-level pool will be evened out, bringing the whirlpool to the same height as the main pool, making the space more accessible. Floor-to-ceiling windows now offer stunning Gulf views, while new water features with LED lighting create a magical atmosphere for evening swims.
