Accord and ALL have partnered with Uber for travel experiences across its portfolio of properties in  New Zealand and Australia.

ALL, the award-winning lifestyle loyalty programme and booking platform by Accor, has announced a partnership with Uber to enhance the travel experience for guests across the Pacific.

Guests staying at Accor hotels in Australia and New Zealand will now be able to pre-plan their travel with ease, accessing Uber Reserve directly through the ALL.com website and the ALL mobile app.

Uber Reserve allows bookings up to 90 days in advance and ensures a seamless travel experience between hotels, airports and other destinations, giving guests peace of mind when planning their trips.

The partnership also supports guests attending major events, with Uber Reserve offering a convenient solution for pre-booking rides to and from concerts, sporting events, and other special occasions. With a number of major concerts scheduled at Accor Stadium next year, the partnership comes just in time for travellers descending on Sydney for Race of Champions, Oasis, Metallica, State of Origin and Juicy Fest.

"This partnership reflects our commitment to delivering seamless and stress-free travel experiences for our guests. By offering Uber Reserve directly on our ALL website and mobile app, we’re pleased to offer a new level of convenience and certainty, ensuring that every journey is as effortless as possible," said Adrian Williams, Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer PM&E.

“Uber Reserve has become a popular option for Aussies and Kiwis to plan ahead and better manage their travel while on holiday or around major cultural events. We’re proud to partner with the team at ALL to help their customers more seamlessly get around while traveling Down Under,” said Mathieu Maire, Director of Consumer Operations at Uber Australia and New Zealand.

The integration of Uber Reserve into ALL’s ecosystem marks another step in ALL’s mission to improving the guest journey. Available for rides in Australia and New Zealand, the service is designed to provide ease and reliability for both leisure and business travellers.
