INDIA | Marriott International has signed a multi-deal agreement to open six hotel in India with Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited.
Marriott International, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with The Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited to open six hotels (940 rooms) in four markets across India. This portfolio deal comprises six new build projects under five Marriott Bonvoy brands, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott. Recognised for its construction excellence, Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited have significantly influenced India's urban landscape with a diverse portfolio of hotels in key South Indian cities.
The multi-deal agreement was officially signed by Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific excluding China, Marriott International and Ms. Nirupa Shankar- Managing Director, Brigade Group, Vineet Verma, Director – Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited; Ranju Alex, Regional Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, Kiran Andicot, Regional Vice President, Hotel Development South Asia, Marriott International were also present to witness this exciting collaboration that will further expand the footprint of Marriott’s presence in Southern India.
