BAHAMAS | The Curio Collection brand is expected to make its debut in the Bahamas with the opening of the new Paradise Breeze Nassau.
Hilton has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with B.P.G. LTD. for the new-build Paradise Breeze Nassau. Expected to open in 2028, Paradise Breeze will join Curio Collection by Hilton, a global portfolio of nearly 200 distinct, hand-picked hotels and resorts. The signing marks the debut of the Curio Collection brand in The Bahamas and Hilton’s return to the island, a significant milestone in the company’s ambitious growth plans in the region.

The newly constructed Paradise Breeze Nassau, Curio Collection by Hilton will be an 11-story building featuring 125 accommodations with breathtaking views of the picturesque shoreline. Nestled on West Bay Street just three miles from the airport, Paradise Breeze Nassau is only five miles from shops, restaurants, and attractions, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and savour everything the island has to offer.
Combining hotel and residences, Paradise Breeze Nassau will provide the perfect blend of comfort and Hilton’s signature hospitality, ensuring exceptional stays for all guests. The resort will boast an array of high-end amenities, including close to 15,000 square feet of state-of-the-art spa and fitness facilities, padel and squash courts and a 5,000 square foot infinity edge pool overlooking the sea. Additionally, the property will feature more than 4,000 square feet of private and flexible event space to cater to meetings and events.
